What you can expect from our Drivers

We are lawful in our practices.

  • Drivers meet all legal requirements to be a driver.

  • Drivers practice all road safety guidelines to ensure your safety (ie: wear a seat belt, no drinking and driving, adhere to road driving rules, etc)

  • Vehicles meet all legal requirements.

We provide a comfortable and safe ride.

  • Vehicles are in good safety condition, with low risk of breaking down on your ride.

  • Vehicles are kept clean and free of unpleasant odors.

We respect and appreciate our passengers.

  • We believe in mutual respect and dignity for all in ensuring an environment free of discrimination and violence of any kind. Respect for all person's views and the freedom to have such. A ride without political or religious discussion.

We arrive on time.

  • We are on time to pick you up, sometimes arriving a few minutes early.

We practice driver etiquette.

  • We have a passion for our community and continuously educate ourselves to ensure we can best inform you.

  • We live by the motto 'Delight the Customer" and maintain casual and friendly dialogue.

What we expect from our Passengers

Be lawful in your behavior.

  • Wear seatbelts when riding in the front seat (recommend wear in the back seat)

  • Rider count cannot exceed vehicle capacity

  • Respect the vehicle you are riding in.

  • No smoking, trash, damage, spilled drinks, food crumbs, vomit, glitter, or other items that require cleaning.

If you trash it in any way or vomit, you pay a cleaning fee of up to $500 plus a time lost fee for putting the driver/vehicle out of work until the vehicle is back to standard.

Be respectful of your driver.

  • Never reach for the steering wheel.

  • Avoid aggressive behavior - the goal is friendly and fun

Be on time.

  • Be ready at your pick-up time. We have other Rides and if a delay occurs, it will create a snowball impact.

Delay in readiness can result in additive fees up to $50 or a forfeited ride.

Tip your driver.

  • Drivers work hard to ensure continuous compliance with ever-changing regulations and vehicle compliance.

  • Drivers ensure a safe and comfortable ride. Tips are appreciated

  • Drivers accept cash tips or e-pay tips (Venmo or CashApp)
